Pvt. Littrell’s military record is preserved at 3-Fold. He enlisted in Company A of Gantt’s 9^th Battalion of Tennessee Calvary. On March 16, 1864 he is recorded in a muster at Tunnel Hill, Georgia as sick in the hospital. Eli died and the Quartermaster Corp took charge of $6.25. There is a receipt from a Capt McLean for this amount. This is the final record for Eli Littrell.
